    - The VFS email enquiry service is free of charge.
    - Email queries should be sent in English preferably.

    Parking: Parking is available on the street outside and open spaces near the visa application centre.

    Submission and collection times

    Submission:
    We are open to take visa applications from 08:00 to 16:00. Please note that submissions between 15:00 and 16:00 will be by appointment only. Please call or email if you wish to make an appointment

    Passport collection:
    Passports can be collected on the next working day after submission, between 14:30 and 16:00, and any day and time thereafter. Or use our courier service to avoid having to come back to collect your passport

    Submission and collection times during Ramadan:

    Submission: 09:00 to 14:00 only

    Passport collection:14:00 to 15:00 only from Saturday to Wednesday

    Please Note: Passports are usually available for collection after 3 pm on the day following submission. But the UK Border Agency may take longer to deal with some visa applications, so we recommend that you confirm with us that your passport is back with us before you come to the visa application centre to collect. You can do this either by telephone or using our online tracking facility.

    The visa application centre can get very crowded at peak collection time between 3 pm and 4.00 pm. If you want to avoid the crowds you will find it much quieter to collect your passport the next morning anytime from 8am onwards. Alternatively you can save a second visit to the visa application centre and use our courier return service. Please ask at the desk when you submit your application.

    Information for customers with disabilities

    Security notice:

    Due to security reasons the following items will not be permitted inside the visa application centre or stored in the premises. Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion.

    1. All battery operated or electronic gadgets such as cameras, audio/video cassettes, compact discs, MP3's, floppies, laptops, or portable music players.
    2. All bags such as travel bags, back packs, briefcases, suitcases, leather, jute or cloth bags and zip folders. Only a plastic bag containing your application related papers would be permitted.
    3. Sealed envelopes or packages.
    4. Any inflammable item such as matchboxes/ lighters/ fuel etc.
    5. Any sharp objects such as scissors, pen knives or nail filers.
    6. Weapon or weapon like objects or explosive material of any kind.

    Please note:There are no facilities at the visa application centre to store prohibited items. Applicants are requested to make alternative arrangements to store their belongings.

    Only applicants will be admitted to the visa application centre - with the exceptions of children who should be accompanied by a responsible adult; carers of disabled applicants and interpreters for the hearing-impaired.
