Parking: Parking is available on the street outside and open spaces near
the Visa Application Centre.
Working Days: Saturday to Wednesday
Submission: We are open to take applications from 0800Hrs to 1600 Hrs.
Please note that submission between 1500Hrs and 1600Hrs will be by appointment
only. Please call or e-mail if you wish to make an appointment
Collection: Passports can be collected on the next working day after
submission, between 1430hrs and 1600hrs, and any day and time thereafter. Or
use our courier service to avoid having to come back to collect your passport

Note: Passports are usually available for collection after 2.30pm on the
day following submission. But the Embassy may take longer to deal with some
applications so we recommend that you confirm with us that your passport is
back with us before you come to the VAC to collect. You can do this either by
telephone or using our online tracking facility.
The VAC can get very crowded at peak collection time between 2.30pm and
4.00 pm. If you want to avoid the crowds you will find it much quieter to
collect your passport the next morning anytime from 8am onwards. Alternatively
you can save a second visit to the VAC and use our courier return service.
Please ask at the desk when you submit your application.
Above timings will change during Ramadan:
Submissions: 09.00 hrs to 1400 hrs only
Passport collection: 1400 hrs to 1500 Hrs only from Saturday to Wednesday.
