UK VISA Application center aims to provide an efficient service
to our Applicants. If you have complaints, feedback or suggestions;
we would like to know about it as soon as possible. We shall
acknowledge promptly and ensure a comprehensive and timely redress
of your voice to the best of our ability. We will take your
complaints/ suggestions and feedback seriously and will revert
to you within 2 working days. If we cannot give you a complete
reply within the stipulated timeframe then we will keep you
posted on the tentative date and time of revert and the status
of progress.
